2. Acceptance of Jack and Jill Cards Ltd's terms and conditions:

Your placement of an order on our website will be deemed to be acceptance of these terms and conditions.

3. Opportunity for design selection changes, and point of commitment

Our website allows you to try out different design templates, and upload different photographs of your subject. You will need to confirm that your design is complete when you see the preview.  Check that all of the images and texts are what you intended to use.  Confirmation implies that you have checked all of this carefully yourself.  You are wholly responsible for ensuring that the spelling is correct and that the right images are used.  Once you have placed your order and made your payment, no further changes can be made to that order.

4. Prices

The website sets out our pricing matrix. We reserve the right to revise prices without notice, except that any order received by us at a time of price revision will be delivered at the price displayed to the customer at the time of ordering. Our prices as displayed are inclusive of VAT (currently 20.0%). Refer to the Pricing page for more information.

5. Delivery

Jack and Jill Cards Ltd will endeavour and expect to despatch the cards to you from our Printing Works within 3 (three) working days following our receiving your order and confirmation of payment. Our packaging is specified to fully protect the contents in transit.

UK deliveries will be made by Royal Mail, please refer to our pricing matrix for costs.Overseas deliveries will be made by airmail.

6. Customer satisfaction

Our mission is that all customers are fully satisfied with the cards they receive. The only factors outside our control are:

a) The quality of the photograph that you upload.

b) The fact that the wide range of different computers used by our customers may sometimes display slightly different tonal representations of the upload photographs compared to our own printing systems.

In the most unlikely event that you receive cards which you consider unsatisfactory, you should return them to our Sales Office. If in our assessment, and after allowing for the above, the complaint is justified, we will immediately offer either free replacements or a full refund.

7. Payment system

Jack and Jill Cards Ltd have contracted SecureTrading Ltd to undertake the payment process for our customers' purchases. Jack and Jill Cards Ltd will at no time have any access whatsoever to the details of our customers' payment instructions, and we can take no responsibility for the transaction. You will be linked to the separate website of www.securetrading.com to make your payment instructions, and then returned to our website on payment completion

Jack and Jill Cards Ltd will commence processing your order once we have received confirmation from SecureTrading Ltd that your payment has been successfully effected.

We will not contact you to put forward any other goods or services without your consent, nor will we provide any other company with your details without your consent.

Jack and Jill Cards Ltd observes all requirements of Data Protection Law. No payment card details are brought onto our website, and our website has been constructed using the best available appropriate security devices and procedures to prevent any unauthorised access to customers' ordering data.

9. Obligations upon our customers:

  • We require our customers not to upload any text or images to which they do not have proper rights, nor to upload any material which could be damaging to third-parties or could be deemed to be unlawful or offensive.
  • The content of this website is the property of Jack and Jill Cards Ltd  and may not be copied or reproduced without our express written permission.
  • We would welcome any customers' wish to place a link on another website to the home-page of our website, but require that our permission is first sought.
  • No deep-linking into our site may be made whatsoever without our express written permission.

10. Gift/Discount voucher code terms:

You may occasionally receive gift voucher codes from us by e-mail or through affiliate sites or printed media.

  • Each code has an expiry date which cannot be modified.
  • Offers are subject to availabilty and while stocks last.
  • Under no circumstances can the value of a discount code be deducted from an order if that code is defective or out of date: no replacement codes will be issued.
  • Gift/Discount codes can not be applied retrospectively.
  • Only one discount code may be used per order.
  • Any refund of an item bought with a discount code will be reduced by the value of discount attached to it.
  • We can not be held responsible for inaccurate or out of date codes displayed on affiliate sites.
